André Perugia was a french shoe designer, He was born in Nice, France in 1893 of Italian parentage. He trained in his father's workshop and when he was 16, in 1909, he opened a shop in Paris where he sold handmade shoes. He worked with designers including paul poiret, I. Heelless shoes are unique shoes, it's cute and quite comfortable, too. Celebrities like Uma Thurman and Victoria Beckham have been spotted wearing them. people may wonder how they maintain any sense of balance minus a heel! lol i kinda like them though! might just get myself a pair! + they come in different sizes, shape, color and design! modern day shoe designer's have funkisized it (as i would like to put it) to look like these..
Anyway, these shoes are currently in vogue and i personally think a girl should have one of these babies on her shoe rack or cabinet.
hummmm ... ok
